| title: | bt878 single chip card with 4 inputs |
|
Hi all.
New to the list and jut getting into the video4Linux stuff. My apologies
if this has been asked and answered.
I am testing some capture cards for a supplier of mine to see if we can
get them running under Linux. Running into some issue I could use help
with.
I have a bt878 capture card with a single chip on board and 4 inputs on he
back of the card. When I install the card into my FC3 box kudzu set it up
and all looks good.
Now when I fire up a xawtv I can get a signal from the first input but can
not get anything from the other 3 inputs. In the /dev/ the is only video0
and not video1 2 or 3. I have tried creating the dev files but when I try
to connect to the device with xawtv it says there is no device.
Are there any good howto on this that you could direct me to?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
